Popocatépetl

Inspired by the colors of the lava stones from the volcano Popocatépetl that is located in the vicinities of Mexico City. This abstract birdie is hand carved on reclaimed wood with a copper neb, grey lava stone chest and light pink feathers standing on the turquoise metal feet that resemble the caribbean sea.
